Software
Viioni provides state of the art automation solutions by cleverly combining its in-house designed software solutions packages, with the latest automation technologies. Viioni’s team are dedicated to continually developing and enhancing our extensive in-house software management system.
All Viioni’s automation solutions are controlled by our software modules and fully supported by our engineers. This allows us to continuously monitor our packages as well as offering remote support to all of our clients. Our software solutions allow clients full flexibility and scalability for future growth with minimal input from internal software teams.
The Viioni software can receive all required data for systems to operate, in existing formats if required, our software interprets this data to optimise the automated system. Our software system is built on an ASP.net platform with a SQL server database using C# making it accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.
Viioni work closely with our clients to determine their exact requirements, based on this we then design and customise our software platform to meet with their exact needs.

Systems Integration
The Viioni software solutions packages offers various levels of access logins and is designed to integrate with any type of ERP system using file transfer (xml and text), web services and direct database connections.
The Viioni system requests information from the client’s ERP system on an agreed cycle time or in real time if required.
There are no limits to the number of live orders the Viioni system can hold and any required information can be reported back to the client’s system.

Software Automation Solution
Viioni’s customisable software management system includes the following software modules:
Real Time Inventory
All stock on the system can be reported in real time. When a report is run, it will show live stock inventory at the time of the request. All stock movements are recorded, so full movement of products can be viewed at any time. A log is kept of every scan both from the automated lines, ViiPro’s and manual handheld terminals.
Product Traceability
With the functionality available within the Viioni WMS, all boxes/products can be tracked to the last location they were scanned, either by the automated system or by HHT. The Viioni system allows for collections to be tracked such as pallet, container, totes and trolleys. A box/product can be traced to the collection it is in and can also be received into the system.
Picking
The Viioni WMS automatically generates the most optimum picking routes, upon receiving the necessary order information from the client’s system. Pick lists are generated and sent to either the ViiPro or the operators. Operators are alerted to the required pick item via the ViiPro built in tablet or other picking methods, depending on the application. All picks are recorded and logged against the ViiPro and operator in that pick zone.
ViiPro Operation
The ViiPro software module allows for easy integration of ViiPro’s with the Viioni system. CAD files of the building layout can be downloaded directly to the ViiPro or the ViiPro can be programmed through the simple to use web-based interface, that requires no programming experience.
Sortation
The Viioni Sortation software tracks products along the sortation conveyor and triggers the divert mechanism when required. The sortation software is suitable for all of Viioni’s sortation options and offers complete flexibility as to how a customer sorts products. A number of sortation profiles can be configured and activated based on the customer’s requirements, at different times of the day.

Order Optimisation
Our software works so that the customer’s internal IT team have limited changes to make to their order processing system. Ultimately, we aim to merge the internal IT systems and the automation as seamlessly as possible. Simply send all the live orders to the Viioni system and let the Viioni Order Optimisation software do the rest. The software is customisable to deliver the most optimum solution that matches our customer’s business needs.
Reports
Viioni provides a fully functional reporting module, customised to our customer’s exact requirements. The reporting module can display data, graphs and charts and can export to Excel and PDF. Automatic report generation can also be enabled at key points in the day, for example end of shift, and then automatically sent by email to the relevant management team. With the Viioni app production reports can be viewed real time from anywhere in the world.
